We appreciate working with Cogent Analytics and working with Bob Hahn on our firms project. Having Bob in the office working alongside our team for two months, accomplished more than we were able to accomplish in the past two years.
We believe this consultation will positively improve the way we operate as a business. With our founding partners retiring at the end of this year, this has given Chuck, Josh and I, a good foundation to confidently and effectively lead the firm into the future.
