As the old saying goes….”We wish we had done this years ago”!! The people at Cogent and our representative, Paul Ordway have opened our eyes to a whole new way of operating our business. We have restructured our manufacturing processes based on their recommendations. A Cash Management System was created for us, and our total pricing system was overhauled as well, to make us more competitive. They also helped in creating systems for our employees to function smoothly and efficiently. After owning the business for over 50 years, it has been so helpful to have a
fresh perspective, and someone looking at our operation with “clear” eyes, experience and wisdom!! We can give Cogent a hearty recommendation, especially if you find yourself so “ involved” you cannot see the forest for the trees. Their actions have not only helped us restructure our business, but have reduced the amount of stress and angst ourselves, and our employees have felt for quite some time. It’s the best decision we made in a very long time, and they have not disappointed. Cogent has done everything they said they would do, and expect to have them help us into the future.
