We would like to express our gratitude to Cogent Analytics for doing an outstanding job in helping us recognize and address needs during Phase I of the project. From the beginning when Rob Braiman arrived to the execution of the project by John Moscicki, we have had a great experience.
John addressed the specific objectives that we had established before the project started, of course. In addition, he was able to mentor us on several other issues that we were not even anticipating. Some of the most valuable insight came from objectives that weren’t originally seen by us as the main reason for hiring a consultant, but became what we call the hidden gems of the project. We were really pleased with John’s approach and professionalism and have enjoyed working with him through the process.
We have discussed with John, the fact that we would like to concentrate on implementing phase I objectives for the next several weeks before embarking on Phase II of the project. We are excited about the opportunity to dig in and get going.
