Bob Hahn has been very professional and efficient with his time here at NTI. Cogent has given us the ability to look deep into our numbers and figure out our true profitability in all different aspects of our business. This has allowed us to put in place the standards on which we can more accurately forecast current and future costs and job profitability. We can see our strengths and weaknesses and figure out where we need to spend more time and what we should walk away from. We can now truly see where our greatest profit centers are and concentrate more on those sales opportunities.
In addition to this knowing our true cost of labor, COGS, and overhead has allowed us to rethink our estimating process and we now believe we have a true and scientific way to bid on all of our jobs. We can now know with certainty what our jobs our going to cost us and what we need to be charging for them.
We are excited to use all of the systems that Bob Hahn put into place. We feel that with the extra structure and tools that we have received, we have a better handle of our company and its performance. We have the framework required to take our company to the next level and to allow for a better work/ life balance.
