We appreciate the opportunity of having worked with Cogent Analytics and we value very much the material that has been presented to us . It is indeed a magnificent display and it will take us months and years to fully implement and more fully understand what has been presented to us. The material, when actualized, will help us grow the company in a more mature, systematic and organized way. It will help us to more fully understand the importance of numbers and the development of systems that will assist us to achieve our goals and objectives.
We are excited about two possible new hires for our middle management which will aid us in carrying out systematically these new systems and bring them down and out to the field. The real success will be when we are able to offer real incentive bonuses to our staff due to their hard work and their ability to put money to the bottom line.
The training that Dale has provided our company will, no doubt, assist us to enforce accountability and responsibility for all our employees. He has encouraged us to understand more profoundly the qualities of servant leadership, of empowering individuals with systems and procedures, and being able to collect raw data that will help us to evaluate the health and well being of the company.
