It can be intimidating for an outside consultant to come into your business and tell you what all you are doing wrong. Most businesses do a lot of stuff wrong, but they also do a lot of stuff right.
The job of a business consultant is to tell you your weak points and help you to improve, but to do that you have to admit that you are not doing the best job in certain areas. When Cogent Analytics arrived at our office, there was some fear with the staff, but the consultant quickly put them at ease, and soon they all started seeing the value of their work.
We want to grow our business to another level, and to do that, we need to know how to do it. We would rather learn this from others instead of learning everything through our mistakes. Cogent’s help has allowed us to set the stage for the next level. To know what we need to do. To plan strategically and help our employees to grow along with the company. I feel more confident that we are on the right path with their help.
