To Whom it May Concern,
Five years ago, I penned a similar letter to the one below as we ended our first project with Cogent. In that letter, I referenced a new chapter for Point Security. Little did I know that chapter would entail significantly higher growth, a pandemic, physical relocation, and the turmoil that is prevalent in our current supply chain. Looking at the last five years in the mirror, I have to say thank­ you again for the success of our first project. Our company’s survival can be attributed to the structure implementation we created in 2017, which allowed us to navigate through the storms.
Seven weeks ago, we began the process to write the next chapter of our story.

During the discovery, it was a pleasure to work with Merlin to review our company’s health. Receiving a report card confirming the areas that we were good at and acknowledging the areas we could improve. The value of knowledge through experience that Merlin brings to the table is exponential when applied properly. As we began our project, a genuine concern for our business and employees could be felt by our project director Laurent Lheritier. His efforts of listening to the needs of management and staff, verifying his findings and applying common sense solutions enables our team to have the confidence to move forward in our story with a vision that encompasses a future that all can be proud of.

In closing, I would like to thank Laurent and others with the Cogent team that have assisted throughout our five-year relationship. As the owner of Point Security, I have gained significant knowledge about our business and myself throughout this relationship. This knowledge allows me to better perform my duties as CEO and President. Enabling me to enjoy the next chapter as we write it. I would suggest Cogent Analytics to any fellow business owners that would rather write a script for their future, instead of a history of what they should have done.
