R.G.S. would like to extend our thanks to Leslie and Cogent Analytics for all your help. We had a great experience over the last two months! I think that virtually every aspect of the business has been positively affected by your efforts. I regret that I did not take Brian up on his offer the first couple of times he came by.
The consulting time has blown by but the results have been just as fast. The structure of the business has dramatically changed as we have realized what specifics leadership roles that our core group needs to fulfill. Our project manager did a fantastic job of pushing us all forward into our new roles and identifying push back.
Cogent has ensured that we have a strong future as we deliberately grow in the areas of industry that make the most sense. I am not sure where we would have ended up five year down the road with this intervention. I am sure that there will be many hurdles still to come down the road but I am confident that we have the tools to move past them.
