After an eight week engagement, we believe the behavioral practices, tools and discipline of the program will have positive long term impacts impacting our operations. We believe this program is excellent and we are satisfied with its outcome.
We engaged the services of Cogent Analytics to help improve our business operations in January, 2019. Initially, Cogent analyzed our financial position and we discovered several interesting anomalies regarding inventory and our cash management strategies. We then decided to proceed slowly by going on a week to week basis to determine if their strategies would be effective for our Company.
We were assigned Matt Baker, Project Director, to assist us with our operations. Matt provided results within the first several days. His methodical, patient and analytical strategies were pragmatic and allowed us to develop improvements almost immediately. Additionally, Matt’s approach was respectful of our culture and recognized the realities of our business requirements. We believe we had the right person to assist us with our operations.
After eight weeks of Matt being part of our Company, RL Wurz believes this investment will provide significant long term dividends that will improve operational efficiency, increased sales and an improved employee culture at RL Wurz Company.
