Next was our Discovery session with David and his in depth review of Stigler Supply and understanding completely what goals we wanted to achieve over the next five years.
Finally, the process began with Chris and Greg. Two amazing Analysts and business professionals that teamed up with Stigler to truly understand our greatest weaknesses and strengths.
Together, we then put a game plan and timeline into effect. Chris then finalized the details and process was always keeping in mind what was needed for greatness and important to us as well.
Chris’s work ethic and drive has helped us all to push through many areas to achieve and finalize a fantastic game plan to push Stigler Supply to their desired goals and beyond in the future.
