We have been very pleased working with our Project Director. He has quickly grasped the nuances of our particular business and the values that are important to us. He has performed a comprehensive overview of where we are, where we want to go, and what we need to do to get there. He has developed a number of tools, working with our team so that these tools are user friendly and provide the information that we need. With this assistance from Cogent, we are undergoing some rapid, yet controlled growth.
One of the most important tasks that he addressed was our organizational structure. He put in place the systems and processes that we will need to handle our growth now and in the future without compromising our corporate values and culture. We absolutely are thrilled with the budgeting process that we never had and the President looks forward to the Dashboard report.
