I was contacted by Cogent in 2015 to enhance my business, they performed a Discovery Analysis on my company and noted several deficiencies that they could help with. I elected not to proceed and they followed up in 2020. They performed another discovery and same deficiencies were found. If nothing changes…………nothing changes!
T2 Contracting engaged Cogent Team to start realigning Cash Management System, Operations, Reporting, Employee Skills and Evaluations and Performance Payment Incentive to create more buy in from team. George started via COVID Teams Meetings as everyone in the country and then was released to be “Boots on the Ground” and has been with us for the past 8 weeks with all project goals being identified with solutions, KPI’s and clear SOP’s for future growth.
