In the course of this project we have received the tools that we needed to implement the plans developed. One of the most valuable tools has been the Cash Flow Forecast. We have been using it weekly and now see the importance of deciding what we pay and when we pay. We also have a profit plan to measure performance against. The time spent learning the importance of tracking financial ratios was very enlightening. Today I have tools I have always wanted. The profit developed includes all the locations and companies. It has always been a challenge for us to see the whole operation instead of just the sum of the pieces.
Our team has been involved with the development of many of the tools provided. We are making a number of changes and appreciate the promise of support as we take the tools and plans and change Venture Drilling Supply.
When I took over as President I had a vision for where I wanted this company to go. With the help of this project we will be able to achieve those goals much faster than if I tried to do it all myself. I am committed to the continuation of every aspect of this project.
