We had a wonderful experience working with Cogent Analytics. We are new owners of a long-time family-owned business. and we had a few areas of interest we needed help with.
Cogent looked over our business and taught us how to make positive changes with our software, employees, and day-to-day functions. Everyone has seen the changes in a short amount of time.
The Cogent team was on site and via zoom meetings to work with us. They taught us new ways to look at our business. The Cogent team also looked at our staff and helped us with a way to measure performance. We worked together to develop a plan that fit our specific needs. This will help us track our financial performance, and future growth.
We are now working on long-term goals, and some will become short-term with the changes we have already made. We are improving our business with the new goals we have set in place and look forward to continuing our relationship with Reg and the Cogent team through our Lifecycle Management Program.
