We would like to thank the Cogent Analytics team for the fantastic job they did for us in fulfilling the objectives that were included in our Cogent Project Plan. As a growing comp any , we were looking for a third-party consulting company that we felt could help us with many matters that we were facing. We interviewed Cogent, and soon after began the process of accessing our company with them. It was apparent to us that Cogent was the right choice.
Soon after the assessment, Vince Botto was assigned to us as our Project Director. Vince worked with us in putting together the final project plan by identifying opportunities that would help us overcome the challenges that come with growth and at the same time identify opportunities to improve our business processes to help us reach our business objectives, desired profits and cash flow projections.
From day one Vince was an absolute pleasure to work with and at all times professional in his interaction with our management team and staff. He is extremely efficient with his time and was more than willing to work around our schedules as he drove the implementation of new processes and procedures. As everyone knows, change is very often difficult for a company. Our entire team felt comfortable with Vince to the extent that we had tremendous buy in from our staff as new policies and procedures were rolled out. One of the major benefits in working with Cogent was we had the opportunity to sit down with Vince at the close of each week to evaluate the progress of each of the project tasks to insure the Project Plan continued on schedule.
