Cogent’s representative. We were too busy to coach. We were too busy to plan. The business was
running a breakneck pace and everyone on staff was burnt out. After a brief conversation we decided to
go through the discovery process with the assumption that we had a pretty good idea of what our
business needed.
The discovery provided more insight into the health of the business and our people than we imagined.
