A culture of service that started with two employees
Cogent Cares began as a grassroots idea between two Cogent employees who saw how deeply our work impacted a client's life. They realized that same commitment could transform lives beyond business—right in their own backyard.
From that conversation, Cogent Cares was born. The name reflected everything we stand for: serving others and helping people rise. What started as a small initiative has grown into a company-wide movement—one that's donated more than $275,000 and touched dozens of lives through financial support, leadership involvement, and hands-on service.
