We have had the pleasure of meeting and working with Richard Fineman for the past few weeks. He has brought a lot of insight and information on business aspects with him. He has implemented, guided, and directed us in many different areas. Richard, at any given time, answered any question that was presented to him. He continually kept Alcar’s interest in the forefront of all his directives. He addressed major and minor problematic areas in our current operations and provided guidance for the future. We all at Alcar have learned a lot from Richard, and now it’s up to us to implement these ideals.
