When the Cogent salesman stopped by our office in May, I had no idea what we were about to embark on. We decided to give the assessment a chance, and at the end of it, I was scared as hell. Dave made me feel like we were a complete mess and falling apart at every seam. I decided to move forward, and I told him what type of people would be the best fit to spend 10-12 weeks in our office working with us. Scary Dave knocked it out of the ballpark with Jim and Jeff.
