In full transparency, I was extremely apprehensive about moving forward with Cogent Analytics. I thought this was a cash grab opportunity by company claiming they could help us. But we took a chance and I am glad that we did. The Cogent team has taken the time to work with us and show us some hard truths and things that we needed to correct. They gave us the resources and the ability to get where we need to go. For the first time in a long time, I am excited for our future, and we are starting to see the benefits of partnering with the Cogent team. This was the move we needed to make, and I would highly recommend them to other companies.
