My experience with Cogent has benefited our company and me greatly. Before I met with Cogent, I had an idea of what I wanted to accomplish, but I did not know how or if it was even possible. After meeting with Cogent, and in our initial meeting, we recognized that not only was my vision possible, but we could achieve even more.

Helping us build the structure, goals, and accountability in our company, we have quickly started to see positive results. Those positive results have resulted in our ability to continue to stretch what we think is possible and formalize a plan to help us achieve those new goals. As I have settled into the process, I have become more comfortable with what I need to do to drive our team towards our goals.

The tools that I know possess enable me to plan into the future and plan with a greater purpose, knowing where those decisions will take us. It has also taught me how to work “on” my business instead of “in” my business. That change and the processes we created have reduced the weight that I was previously carrying and allowed me to be more present in all of my relationships, especially my family.

All my experience with Cogent has been more rewarding than I had expected when we started the engagement. My optimism and excitement have never been this high, and I have a newfound future because of opportunities uncovered through this process. I could not recommend Cogent or all of the people I have had the pleasure of working with more.
