I wanted to take a moment to share my experience over the past few weeks as we have worked together to enhance our organizational effectiveness.

We thoroughly reviewed our financials, as we are in the process updating our Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets, which will provide us with a clearer picture of our current standing. Additionally, we examined our organizational chart to identify areas where we need to add personnel, ensuring we have the right resources in place and to reduce my workload so I can be more effective in other areas of the business.

I am particularly excited about the development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will allow us to measure the success and challenges faced by both individuals and departments within our organization. This aspect is crucial as it gives us tangible metrics to track our progress.

Most importantly, all these initiatives were crafted with my work/life balance in mind. After experiencing significant burnout due to my previous workload, I am grateful that we now have a strategic plan moving forward. I genuinely feel more optimistic about our path into the upcoming years.
