From day one, Adam Wedrychowicz, was a thrill to have as a part of our team. He understood and believed in our company’s values and morals, and made sure to keep those in mind with each and every transition put into place. He lived our lives and knew every aspect of our company, good and bad.

During the times we were struggling to see the future he was describing, and our staff struggled to accept the changes being implemented, somehow Adam kept a positive outlook every day and with every interaction.
