I have truly enjoyed working with Cogent Analytics and really diving into the inner workings of my business. With help from Lisa, Vince, the Marketing team, the accounting team, as well as the rest of the Cogent team, we uncovered inefficiencies that may not have been noticed. There has been an energy to move us from having great ideas to making those ideas into action, then leading those actions to identify profit opportunities. The processes implemented allow me to really manage the growth of my business in a way that I previously haven’t done. Processes range from cash flow to managing labor, to utilizing the tools we already own, to creating sales and budgetary measures, and many other processes to improve our tracking and time efficiency.
