We decided to take on the project of reshaping our company to be more efficient and profitable. Our employees had many concerns that needed to be addressed.

Over the past few years, since we have moved into a new building, we have grown tremendously. Often, we found ourselves doing things the old way and constantly hitting roadblocks.

Henrique has been amazing in helping us through this transition. He has been very easy to talk to and very understanding with our business. Over the past few weeks we have brainstormed in coming up with plans to help be more profitable.

Hiring Cogent allowed us to make the necessary sweeping changes needed to steer the ship forward. They provided good reasons why·things should be done and how things could be more motivating. Moving forward, I hope everyone will accept these ideas to better the company and themselves.
