I am writing this letter of recommendation for Cogent Analytics as the Vice President of TEC-AN, Inc. We hired them in July of this year as a result of a few factors we were hoping to address. My company partner of over 35 years and I are beginning the process of retiring and wanted to pass on company ownership to 3 other capable employees. Cogent Analytics pointed out that before that could occur, the company needed to vastly update our operations and tracking systems. The company had been moderately profitable, but stagnant over the past several years.

Cogent Analytics has been instrumental in assigning a project manager and other appropriate staff to deeply review and update/create new systems so that the transformed TEC-AN can be more competitive and profitable in the future. Our Cogent Analytics Program Manager, Jeff, has been deeply committed to our company’s future success. The Cogent Analytics program reviewed every aspect of the company’s functions and refined or implemented better ways to ensure the continued success of TEC-AN in the future.

I would recommend Cogent Analytics to other companies that need the assistance of their expert and experienced services. The benefits we have gained have made the retirement process for both partners seamless, and we now know that our company will continue to succeed and grow into an even bigger and better one than we built it to be. Their care for our success is impressive.
