Working with Bob and Cogent Analytics has been and eye opening experience. Our business started as a mom-and-pop and grew over the years. During that time, we were able to keep up with the task of gaining jobs and completing them to a high quality and establishing our company as a reputable one within the industry. Meanwhile, our bookkeeping and accounting were in a poor state. We are now set up to enter information on receipts and payments to track where our dollars are being spent. We also know how to analyze the information in order to make adjustments.

Whereas before we had a ballpark idea of cost, overhead and profit, we now have accurate numbers to describe our business and production. I’m very optimistic about the reports and software in place that will help us manage our business. Ownership and management are on hoard with following the practices to help us run our business as efficient and profitable as possible. We believe in the tools that are in place to help us continue doing so.
