Cogent Analytics has had a positive impact on our business. Before Cogent arrived, there was little to no organization in the business; this issue was costing untold amounts of profits. With the guidance of Cogent we were able to see our business through a new lens. We were able to implement many changes and insert new systems to allow us to start operating more efficiently and successfully.
