He surfaced the hard truths that had to be addressed, and he did so with our best interests always at heart. That kind of straightforward, principled guidance is rare, and we are unquestionably better for it.

I would be remiss not to recognize the rest of the Cogent team as well. Every individual we had the pleasure of working with was fantastic — professional, capable, and fully invested in helping us succeed. It was clear at every level of their organization that they cared about our outcome as much as we did.
