Working with Travis and his team, specifically Kiyah, Nick and Davit, over the last 6 weeks has been a whirlwind experience and has opened my eyes to a new way of looking at reports. Putting in additional hours each week and keeping up with the fast-paced environment has been very challenging. Experiencing firsthand how Travis handles difficult situations with tact and professional integrity was a great coaching technique and I feel the company would benefit from further mediation meetings.

I commend Travis for his dedication, calm demeanor, knowledge, patience and openness for a candid conversation. He has helped bridge a gap that has been in place for many years. It was nice to talk honestly and know my thoughts were understood and able to be translated to other coworkers in a way they could acknowledge.

Six weeks is a short time to fix things and at first I thought Cogent would be providing SOPs and policies, but now I realize that their role is to help us facilitate those things in our own words so everything stays true to the original company values and way of life. Having guidance in finding the missed opportunities within our company and putting them on paper in a way that has an ROI was extremely beneficial. Then going over the process to address those issues and a way to track progress was a key take-away.

Overall, I’m very happy with the start of this relationship and am grateful for the knowledge Travis and his team brought to our company. Their response time has been speedy, and everyone has been very receptive to urgencies.
