We were introduced to Cogent Analytics through one of their sales team members and decided to go through the Discovery process. My business partner and I were amazed at the lost revenue they were able to find for us within that two-day meeting. They were able to show us proof of the money that we were leaving on the table through our processes. We told them our goals and they showed us proof that we could make it a reality. At that point, we decided to invest in their services. Lisa was our assigned specialist and knows so much about how to run a successful business. She knew exactly what we needed to do and started helping us make changes immediately.
Her expertise and that of her team, along with the tools that they have implemented, are just what we needed.
