Cogent Analytics has developed and instilled what I feel is a good strong foundation for moving forward. I believe this will put Fullen Transportation on a steady path for growth. It is my intent to follow the path Bob has laid out.

Together, Bob and I have laid out a good training schedule, put in place an ongoing system of meeting, and calculated very detailed KPIs.

I believe allowing Cogent into my business will have lasting positive effects.
