We would like to take a moment to personally share our experience working with Matt Boos and the Cogent Analytics Team.

When Matt came into our company, he did much more than simply review our business. He took the time to truly understand our company, our family, and the future we are working toward. Matt and the Cogent team helped us restructure our business from top to bottom, putting better systems, accountability, and organization in place.

What has meant the most to us is the personal attention Matt has given our family. He has consistently gone above and beyond what we expected. He has helped us look beyond the day-to-day demands of running the company and begin planning for the future—including Jeff’s and my eventual retirement, the succession of the business, and the opportunities we hope to create for our children.

As a family-owned business, these decisions are not only financial or operational; they are deeply personal. Matt understood that from the beginning. He has been patient, honest, and committed to helping us make decisions that are best for both our company and our family. (will never forget the analogies that he used to help us understand).

Because of the work Matt and Cogent Analytics have done, we feel more organized, more confident, and much better prepared for the future. Their guidance has helped make our business stronger, but it has also helped make our family stronger. We now have a clearer vision of where we are going and a plan for how to get there.
