Over the past seven weeks, our engagement with Cogent has been a significant investment of both time and money—an indirect expense that required time away from our daily operations, and deep participation in workshops and exercises. Despite the challenges, this commitment has given our team invaluable perspective on multiple pillars of our business. It opened the eyes of everyone in our office for a transparent wholistic look into what it takes to run our business and compare to what has been done in the past.
