I have been working with Cogent Analytics for four weeks. I have been in business for 25 years. I understand I did not get into my position overnight and I will not get out of my position overnight. I would like to have some of Cogent’s department resolve a bit quicker but, I know it takes time.

Having the ability to work with all the professionals and all the different departments is completely amazing. There are so many things that need advice, SOP’s, repair, correction or just help, Brian and Cogent’s team have greatly helped. I am looking forward to so many improvements in my company. I have seen improvement already.

Cogent is expensive but, I do see the light at the end of the tunnel. It will get brighter with the media and the sales team. My company has many issues but I feel that the media and sales is my biggest issue.

The work Brian has taught and helped me with will be a great help to me, especially when we expand our business. I thank him for that.
