My experience with Cogent Analytics has been both valuable and transformative. At the outset, the Discovery process was somewhat daunting, as I had no prior experience working with business consultants. However, by the conclusion of that first week, the clarity and value of their Discovery process were unmistakable.

While the following six to seven months presented some challenges, with support feeling less consistent, we greatly benefited from the time Susan Cunningham spent with us on-site. During that period, I also faced internal challenges within one of our business units that diverted attention from our broader initiatives.

Cogent demonstrated their commitment to our success by reengaging with renewed focus. Merlin stepped in to realign efforts and brought Trevor on-site for two weeks, which proved instrumental in regaining momentum. Together, we have since made significant progress in implementing a structured plan and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through a formalized management operating system.
