Nick Jordan is an outstanding consultant. He listens and observes unobtrusively. His presentations on topics are clear and easy to follow. Nick is very good at asking questions that make you think to the root of the issue. He is also strong at developing and implementing solutions.

I really enjoyed his “WHY” Golden Circle and conflict resolution exercises. Nick is also good at teaching metrics and processes that may be unfamiliar/new to the client.

Nick and Cogent have been instrumental in helping us to develop strategies to increase our sales, put the right people in place to grow the business, and motivate our employees to perform at higher levels. I am so thankful that Nick was assigned to our project and grateful that we found Cogent.
