As we wrap up our initial coaching and intensive investigation with Cogent Analytics, I want to report that this time period has really FORCED me to focus on the weaknesses and needs that initially made me want to hire Cogent Analytics. The Cogent team is a real encourager, so it makes it easy to hear what needs to be changed, and they are constantly focusing on the remedy, not the fault.

I believe that the things we have accomplished so far have laid a solid foundation for improving our company. I look forward to seeing all of these things implemented as well as the next consultation. This is scheduled for March.
