Cogent Analytics was engaged with Fairway Engineering in 2026. As an owner I am personally thankful with their entire team to help our company in evaluating and providing valuable guidance in many areas of the business operations. Being a small business, it is very easy to have things slid off track. In the day-to-day operations, we lose control on some important things. The Cogent team helped us to do certain things in a faster way and to review and react to project management with a detailed financial snapshots at your fingertips.

Cogent has an excellent team approach with their experts in many areas and customizing the company’s setup. They really helped us to clean up our company financials, put things in perspective to help us create the tools and manage the operations cleanly.

Cogent also helped our staff to realize the impact of individuals’ contributions and how to work together as a team. They provided very helpful tips and educated our staff. Our team is producing more in the same amount of time than before without getting stressed out. I am personally thankful to Chris Polvado for coming in February 2026 and evaluating the company’s needs and helped us setup the program to enhance the business.

I am very thankful to Lorenzo Arguello for spending the last 8 weeks with us and setting us up for success. His excellent knowledge in business and recognizing where we needed the most guidance. I am also thankful to Daniel Nix, Nick Stewart, Liubov Stewart, Jocelyn Goodman, Merlin VanGerpen, Bret Tubergen, and others who made valuable contributions to guide us. Without the Cogent team’s guidance, we would not have been able to enhance our business operations and create financial stability.
