Kevin, our analyst, came in and was very helpful in identifying the areas we were struggling. He pinpointed dollar amounts based on our feedback and let us know that we could fix them and achieve profitability. He left on Wednesday, and we had our project director come the following Monday.

Karl, our Project Director, worked to implement tools and systems to help us achieve our goals. Through Cogent’s team and tools, we were able to understand our numbers better and how to influence them. We now have a system in place to track job profitability, an ERP that is being utilized, and a system in place to eliminate waste in our operations. We are excited about our future and realizing our profit goals over the next year.
