Cogent Analytics has been refreshingly professional and competent. I have had so many encounters of businesses consistently promising the world and never delivering on anything they promise. Cogent came in and promised me nothing, instead, they showed me. They heard my issues within my business and my goals for growth and handed me the tools to achieve them. Every individual I have worked with and met within Cogent has been friendly, competent and very professional.

Before I hired them I had a tentative gameplan and many ideas for
growth without the concrete means to achieve them. Now I have the tools, knowledge and most importantly confidence backed by action to get things done the way I want to without compromises.

This has not been an expenditure to me, this has definitely been and investment that I will be able to see the real benefits of within, not only this fiscal year, but this quarter. I have been very pleased with not simply Esekial and Shaffer with whom I have worked with the most but genuinely every individual. If, at some point in the future, should I need their assistance once I reach another growth milestone I would not hesitate to reach out to them. This is a company that offers the services that would normally only be available to businesses bringing in $20MM or more per year and gives them to genuine small business.
