I want to personally take the time to thank Cogent Analytics and Bob Hahn for the work and services that they have provided to Service Specialties of Elkhart. Going forward, the information and tools that Cogent Analytics has provided will be invaluable to Service Specialties. Cogent Analytics put in place, for Service Specialties, a business program that built a structure from the ground up. We have been so focused on getting today’s tasks completed that we could not see down the road. What Bob Hahn helped me better understand is that with the structures in place, today’s work will be much easier to complete, so you can focus on the future tasks.

There is no question in my head that the structures Cogent Analytics has set in place for Service Specialties, we are already a stronger company. Bob Hahn has helped me understand how important it is to have the willpower and discipline to follow procedures. It can be mundane to have a staff meeting at the same time every day and to turn in a production report every day. However, it became very clear to me how valuable that information is.

I would recommend Cogent Analytics to anybody who asks me about a consulting firm. Bob Hahn helped me better understand the larger scope. He brought to my attention items that did not even enter my mind. I was so focused on just getting the job done that I was missing all these other important issues.
