To whom it may concern,

Twenty-five years ago, I started my company, which has significantly grown in that time, but a few years ago, sales had begun to plateau with profits decreasing each year without a clear understanding of why.

Signing on with Cogent Analytics and working with Jim Single these past few weeks has been a real eye-opening and learning business experience for us. Jim is personable, professional, and direct in his approach and personal interactions. He worked with all of our staff wonderfully and was a welcome visitor each day. We have been exposed to and trained in a number of business analytic tools we suspected we needed but did not know where to find or fully understand. Through this experience, we’ve come to better understand what we do well and what we do not, and to address our weak areas logically and without emotion.

As a result of this adventure, I am more excited about the future of the company and its potential profits this year and in the years to come than when I started.
