Prior to Cogent Analytics coming into CPR, I knew there were changes that needed to be made to update and restructure our business for the next 30 years. Tomas came in and made an immediate impact.

The other goal we had in starting with Cogent was restructuring management and succession planning. As a family company, it’s important that our legacy and principles don’t change in that process.
