This letter is to express my pleasure with the services and the people at Cogent Analytics. We had a seven-week project that was an overall success, largely because of the procedures and processes they gave us to improve the way we do business.

The project plan I was given to start with was pretty overwhelming for me. As the project unfolded, I believe the overwhelming feeling also crept up on Dale, though he did not show it. Our project had many stumbling blocks along the way; these included our P.O.S. software, our accountant, my office manager, and our payroll company, so basically everyone. The lack of response from these key people and the amount of information that needed to be changed forced us to change the project plan. Dale changed the project plan, and we were able to accomplish the most important aspects of the project. We were able to streamline our office procedures, reduce overtime, and begin an employee bonus structure, which will help everyone.

Dale was a pleasure to work with. He always kept a level head and kept the plan progressing forward in the best possible way, despite roadblocks. He was able to provide me with many studies and hard facts to justify the changes that we made. He was very patient and very helpful in teaching me processes that I was extremely unfamiliar with. Dale, in my opinion, was the right fit for the job and fit right into this business’s culture.

All in all, I am happy with the project’s end result. I would recommend Cogent Analytics to others who are struggling with the same issues. I will bring them back at a later date to continue the process and improve my company.
