My husband and I started this business over 42 years ago and just worked hard. We added employees and eventually our 2 children came on board. My husband retired 15 years ago with Alzheimer’s and I’ve been in the leadership position since then.

We have been successful but growth has plateaued since COVID. Cogent has given us tools that will enable them to make decisions based on facts not just gut feelings. This will allow me to step back and let them shine.
