We entered into an agreement with Cogent Analytics knowing we needed to make some changes to our operation to restore profitability but we did not know how or even where to start.

We have worked with Stuart Groo of Cogent as our Consultant throughout the process, and he was extremely knowledgeable and did a thorough job of analyzing our current operation. He first went to work to define our labor burden rates and formalized a plan based on actual numbers versus our “best guess.” It has greatly improved our bidding process by providing exact numbers and showing where we need to be to be profitable.

He determined the number of jobs we need to achieve our revenue goals and set up a system to Market to potential prospects.

We were also expertly guided through all aspects of forecasting and budgeting to support long-range planning.

We would recommend the program to any Company that clearly needs to know how to better manage and control their expenses and become more profitable.

Our biggest regret is not finding Cogent 10-15 years ago. Our thanks to Stuart and his excellent commitment to transform our Company and get us back on track.
