For the past 6 weeks Zavarella Woodworking has been working hand in hand with Lorenzo in our office along with multiple other Cogent team members to help us shape a more refined business structure. Some of the key factors they helped us discover initially were some inefficiencies in our production process and communication barriers between departments. I found it very helpful receiving multiple group trainings on leadership, delegation, accountability, and other key pillars that will ultimately enhance our business.
